GLIZWP

Your website should take the booking — not send people to WhatsApp

Real availability, smart pricing, deposits, and an admin your team can run — in the Gliz ecosystem. No WooCommerce, ACF, or third-party slider stack required.

Where most tour themes stop

A pretty tour site still isn’t enough ops

You import the demo, the homepage looks great… then guests email for dates, prices don’t move, and the team shares one wp-admin login. GlizTours is for what happens after the design is “done.”

01

Still selling on chat

The site markets the trip. WhatsApp closes it. Fine at 10 bookings a week. Painful at 100.

02

Pricing stuck on “from $99”

Early-bird, last seats, kid prices, deposits — most themes need custom work or a pile of add-ons.

03

Ops in the inbox

Confirmed trips, refunds, operators, and hold requests shouldn’t live in email threads.

How you sell

Same platform. Different operating rhythms.

Switch the workflow. Activities with slots, agencies with catalogs, private trips with enquiry-first, marketplaces with scoped staff.

Activities

Slots, seats, instant confirmations

Day trips and city activities where capacity is the product. Guests pick a departure; when it’s full, they can join a waitlist you convert in admin.

  • Time slots with per-slot seat limits and closed dates
  • Instant book for open departures — no “email us for availability”
  • Waitlist when a slot sells out, with conversion back into a booking
  • Cutoff windows so last-minute chaos doesn’t hit operations
GuestTour → time slot → pay → confirmed

Money & ops

Pricing that moves. Payments that settle. A calendar you can run.

The sharp edges most WP tour themes skip — occupancy rules, deposit balances, bulk availability, and gateways your market actually uses.

Try it — smart pricing

$102

Early bird · −15%

Base $120 · 10 seats left of 12

Due now $30.60
Balance later $71.40

Availability calendar

Open/close dates, seat caps, time slots, and bulk edit pricing — the desk tool operators open every morning.

Deposit → balance paid

Take a deposit at checkout, then mark the remaining balance paid in admin. The money story doesn’t stop at “partial.”

Gateways that fit the market

Stripe & PayPal in core. Add-ons: Razorpay, PhonePe, PayU, Square, Authorize.Net — same checkout path.

Works with your stack

Stripe PayPal Razorpay PhonePe Square Elementor WPML Contact Form 7

Payments & optional tools you may already use. The booking stack itself is Gliz — not WooCommerce, ACF, or a third-party slider.

Also in the stack

Storefront, portal, and languages

Verified reviews

Collect reviews from real bookings. Show ratings on tour pages and Elementor sliders.

Guest portal

Profile, favorites, recently viewed, and past bookings — without giving guests wp-admin.

Elementor tour kit

Listings, search, deals, taxonomies, galleries, and review carousels wired to the engine.

Cards & search

Seven card styles, labels, AJAX filters, location search, and a currency switcher.

Multi-currency

Currency list, formatting, and live FX helpers — guests switch, checkout stays consistent.

WPML-ready

Language-aware AJAX so multilingual tour sites don’t break the booking flow.

Why GlizTours

Tour booking without the plugin pile

GlizTours is a Gliz ecosystem product — own booking engine, portal, slider, and Elementor kit. Not WooCommerce + ACF + a booking bolt-on fighting each other.

Own engine — not Woo

Availability, pricing, checkout, bookings, and refunds run on Gliz — no WooCommerce cart, no ACF field packs, no third-party slider dependency.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they buy

Do I need WooCommerce, ACF, or a slider plugin?+

No. GlizTours runs on the Gliz ecosystem — own booking engine, checkout, portal, and Gliz Slider. You don’t install WooCommerce for the cart, ACF for tour fields, or a third-party slider to make the demo work. Elementor and WPML are optional when you want them; regional payment gateways install as add-ons.

I already have a WordPress travel site. Do I have to start over?+

Not from zero — but GlizTours isn’t a widget you drop on any theme. You’re moving onto the GlizTours storefront plus the booking engine. Plan on migrating tour content and reconnecting payments.

My team isn’t technical. Can they run this day to day?+

Yes — opening/closing dates, checking bookings, handling requests, processing a refund is meant for operations. You’ll want someone technical for install, payments, and email deliverability.

Is this a hotel channel manager / dynamic demand engine?+

No. Smart pricing here is rule-based for tours (early bird, last-minute with occupancy triggers, guardrails) — not hotel-style demand forecasting.

Do you include email marketing campaigns?+

No. Booking emails ship with the engine. GlizMail is SMTP deliverability — not a campaign ESP.

What if we need custom checkout fields or odd pricing?+

Start on the product. We do paid custom work for gaps — fields, packages, approvals, light integrations — not a second system from scratch.

Custom work

Need something that isn’t out of the box?

Every tour business is a little different. GlizTours covers the core — and when you need a tailored flow, extra fields, or a workflow that matches how your team already sells, we offer customization as a service.

You start on a solid product. We help you shape the last mile — without rebuilding from scratch.

What operators usually ask for

  • 1

    Checkout & booking fields

Pickup points, passport details, dietary needs, agency notes.

  • 2

    Pricing & package logic

Special seasons, partner rates, multi-day packages, add-ons.

  • 3

    Team & operator workflows

Approvals, notifications, reports, how requests get handled.

  • 4

    Integrations & brand fit

CRMs, emails, payment nuances, white-label touches.
